Getting Started

From zero to your first
Brand Exposure Score.

Five steps, plain language. This is the real product flow — not a hypothetical one.

Run the free scan, then pick a plan

Averrow's free domain scan needs no signup and no credit card — enter your domain and it returns an email-authentication grade (A+ to F, covering SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and BIMI) and a count of registered lookalike domains, usually in under a minute. Ask for the report by email: it is sent automatically when your work email matches the domain, otherwise our team follows up. The scan is free, not a plan. Ready for continuous monitoring and alerts? Book a demo and we will scope a plan with you.

Add your brand

Once you have an account, add the brand you want Averrow to watch: your primary domain, plus — optionally — the official social handles and Apple App Store listings you already control. That context is what lets the platform tell a real impersonation attempt apart from your own verified presence, instead of flagging everything that merely resembles your brand.

Understand your Brand Exposure Score

Every brand gets one composite Brand Exposure Score, fused from four signal streams: active threats, email authentication posture (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX graded A+ through F), social exposure across six platforms, and domain infrastructure. The score moves as any of those four inputs change, and every score traces back to evidence you can see.

Set up alerts

Decide how you want to hear about new findings. Automated triage runs first — low-value noise is dismissed automatically, with the reason recorded — so what lands in your queue is worth a look. Alerts land in your Averrow console; Business and Enterprise can also send them to a webhook or SIEM, set up with our team.

Connect an integration

When Averrow needs to plug into the rest of your stack, we set it up with you: webhooks for alert and takedown events, and Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, Jira and ServiceNow connectors. A STIX 2.1 export is available on request. Slack is on the roadmap. Contact the team to get an integration wired up.

What's next

Once your brand is added and alerts are configured, monitoring runs continuously in the background — you don't have to trigger anything manually. Come back to the documentation hub any time for a refresher on a specific capability, or book a demo to see a real detection worked through with someone on the team.
